Like many I am a person who supports small business.
They however have chosen to ignore client requests for updated information and sadly are taking advantage of people who will support them just because of the color of their skin and not their good service.
I reached out several times to understand why I had not received the order I placed with them. It wasn’t until I began searching on social media and filing a complaint that I realized my issue was not unique. They made zero effort to communicate with me directly. It is not appropriate to process a payment for an unshipped order!
