Home Maid is a boutique breakfast and brunch eatery that was created in December 2014 by brothers Derrick and Justin Faulcon as a way to breathe new life into and share recipes that have been passed down through their family for generations. Their goal was to fill a void in the industry by making everything from scratch using a "small batch" philosophy. The system consists of only making enough of their recipes to serve between 15 to 20 people at a time. This “small batch” practice is a rarity in an industry of volume and mass production. This process allows Home Maid to create some of the most amazing biscuits, compotes, grits, french toast and waffles and guarantees that every order is of the highest quality - its level of freshness unsurpassed.
