The rice and peas!
As with most Caribbean establishments, don't be in a rush when you go. They are on their own time, and that is midway between chill and relax.
The rice and peas are amazing. The fish is perfectly cooked. If not for the dry plantains I was served, this would be a five star review. I will definitely add this to my list of must-haves every time I visit Miami.
